Office Buildings – Northwood Centre, Tallahassee, Florida. This major lighting retrofit and controls project was completed in 2010. We retrofitted over 5,000 lighting fixtures and installed occupancy sensors throughout. According to the customer we exceeded savings projections. Governmental Facilities – National Archives Building, Washington, D.C. – In 2010 we completed the lighting and lighting controls portion of a major energy conservation project performed at the National Archives Building on behalf of Ameresco, a national energy services company. In 2012 we completed an energy audit for Ameresco, Inc. at the Army National Guard Headquarters in Arlington, VA. The project was implemented in 2014-2015. Caribbean – Our location in South Florida makes us uniquely suited for work in the Bahamas and other Caribbean locations. We have worked for Johnson Controls in Puerto Rico, Turks & Caicos, and Nassau and are presently managing a lighting upgrade project in St. Croix, VI.
