We are NOT affiliated with any manufacturer and retain the ability to select the very best and most cost-effective materials suitable for your project. We do NOT hire sub-contractors to do our work and all of our projects are managed by our own employees. We have installed more than 150,000 LED lamps, light tubes, fixtures and luminaries and tens of thousands of lighting controls and sensors.
HOW WE WORK
STEP 1: Preliminary Assessment
After a no-obligation consultation to review your lighting and energy management goals, we do a preliminary audit and needs analysis of your current lighting system and energy usage. This can include a site visit. After an evaluation of potential products and materials, we review our preliminary recommendations, estimated budget and anticipated savings for your project.
STEP 2: Technical Plan and Proposal
Upon completing the preliminary assessment, we do an Investment-Grade Audit and prepare a customized technical plan and proposal for final approval and a contract. This includes specific product and material recommendations, the proposed timeline and the project’s budget, including potential incentives and rebates. STEP 3: Financing Options
Your energy savings can pay for your energy conservation projects and lighting upgrades. Contact us for information about our flexible financing programs that can be customized to your requirements.
STEP 4: Installation
Upon approval and signed contract, we schedule the installation to minimize disruption to your business. An Illume Energy Solutions project manager will be on-site and a licensed electrical contractor is always available from start to completion to ensure the quality of the installation and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
STEP 5: Follow-up and Service
The cost of the installation will include all materials and labor, recycling of old lamps and ballasts, and A ONE YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY for the replacement of any parts covered under manufacturer warranties.
